Terms & Conditions

  • All sales are final.
  • Once art layout if approved, if order is canceled a restocking merchandise fee can or will be applied at the time of refund. GO POP can take up to 90 days to refund the money or up to when GO POP is reimbursed by supplier.
  • Returns if needed are agreed to by GO POP, wrong logo/design, damaged goods not by carrier, etc., must be reported immediately upon receipt of shipment.
  • When agreed upon by GO POP an RA# will be issued and must accompany the return shipment.
  • All prices are in US Dollars.
  • GO POP is xWorks. The Purchaser bears all costs and responsibility for shipping their order. No insurance is taken unless specified by purchaser in writing.
  • If freight is arranged by or is on the account of the Purchaser, Insurance is to be arranged and is full responsibility of the Purchaser.
  • The Purchaser is responsible for all Sales, Federal, State, and Local Taxes, when applicable.
  • At Purchaser’s request and approval, GO POP will arrange for freight and will be added to the invoice. The Purchaser shall be liable for any inconveniences (such as delays, loss or damages) that may occur regarding the shipment. We will help in any way for the settlement with the shipper.
  • There will be a handling fee of $20 for each wire transfer and an administrative fee for all credit cards payments.

Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California in the U.S.A. in the County of Los Angeles with any actions or proceedings associated with the Agreement to be conducted and to be under the jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in the County of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

Payment Method

  • We accept Check, Cash, Wire Transfers and Credit Cards (AMEX, VISA and MasterCard). There will be an administrative fee for credit card and wire transfers.
  • We also accept Direct Deposits to our bank account.
  • We don’t ship COD.

Sales Tax

  • All orders that are originating and shipped to California address are subject to California State 9% Sales Tax unless Purchaser is tax exempt or has a reseller permit on file prior to placement of the order.
  • If customer is using for resale, customer must provide a copy of their Resale Tax Number at the time of purchase.
  • Non Profit Customers must provide copy of FedID Non Profit Number.

Shipping & Handling

  • FedEx™ and UPS™ are GO POP’s shipping methods.
  • Customer chooses mode of shipment, ground etc....
  • Shipment options are guidelines of said carrier.
  • Shipment insurance is customer choice and request.
